Every city's downtown is unique, with different needs. Tampa lacked a grocer downtown since the 1960s until we incubated a small store. Brooklyn needed jobs when we helped build a distribution center so local makers could ship nationally.  Other neighborhoods just want a natural wine bar.  The Renshaw Companies strive to maximize investments by listening to neighbors and redeveloping historic buildings with a civically responsible approach.

who we are

we believe strong downtown areas need to fill their oldest buildings with local businesses.

our Tenants SPEAK

our Real Estate approach

"When I feared losing our family's local dental practice, Camille bought our building and leased it back to us for fifteen years.  The sale leaseback gave us the money to grow.  We have never had a Landlord actively support our business the way the Renshaw Companies has."

          -- Dr. J. Carlton, Orlando

"Our family's bar has been downtown since right after WWII.  When the lease went month-to-month and the prior owners decided to sell, our backs were against the wall.  Luckily we'd heard about Renshaw and her partners.  They renewed our lease long-term and helped us finance a new HVAC."

          -- J. Smith, Tampa

RenshawCo invests in real estate redevelopment projects in the urban cores of America's cities.  Our family is originally from a small town in Tennessee, and those small town values translate perfectly when working to restore local downtown areas and build local businesses.  Over the years our family has acquired retail, office, industrial, and medical property in Brooklyn, Orlando, Chicago, Atlanta, Nashville, and Tampa.
